Assistant Manager / Floor Supervisor

We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a focus on old-world hospitality. Our menu is built around European travels, featuring classic French, Swiss & British dishes using local produce & ingredients.

 

This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced candidate with good wine , food & cocktail knowledge, and who works well within a dynamic environment.

 

This role includes but is not limited to:

 

* Printing daily food menus & conducting food briefings

* Taking reservations & arranging table plan for service

* Having a good understanding of the food and drink menus, and being able to answer customer questions accordingly 

* Basic cashing up

* Recognising and welcoming our regular customers

* Supervising front of house set up and close down procedures
